Netto is an analytics and intelligence platform for independent pizza shop owners. It connects to your existing point-of-sale data via CSV import and provides plain-English insights about your sales, menu profitability, delivery channel performance, and costs.
Netto is not accounting software. It is not a point-of-sale system. Insights generated by Netto are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice. For advice on your business finances, consult a qualified accountant.
By creating an account and using Netto, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Netto. You must be operating a legitimate business and using Netto for genuine business purposes. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at privacy@yourdomain.com.au.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain full ownership of all business data you upload to Netto — including sales records, invoices, and menu information.
By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide you with the Netto service. We do not sell your data, share it with competitors, or use it to advertise to you.
If you upload transaction records that include your customers' names or phone numbers, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so. Your customers' information must be handled in line with your own obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle data.
Netto is a paid subscription service, billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice by email. Continued use of Netto after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.
We aim to keep Netto available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Netto is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of Netto after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
